ProcessGene’s board of advisors is composed of seasoned experts from various capacities in technology, industry research and entrepreneurship. Empowered by the experience of our advisors, we have been able to translate ProcessGene’s scientific innovation into outstanding product and business achievements.

Eng. Roni Einav, M.Sc

Mr. Einav has over 30 years of experience in the fields of software applications, planning and industrial engineering. Mr. Einav is a frequent lecturer on these subjects in various forums and has a broad line of contacts with opinion makers, entrepreneurs, investment bankers and other significant players in the Information Industry. He currently serves as a director of ClickSoftware (NASDAQ) and AdvanTech (TASE). Mr. Einav has been founder and Chairman of New Dimension Software which merged with BMC Software) in a $700M cash transaction. Mr. Einav has also been founder of Jacada (NASDAQ, TASE), Liraz Computer Systems (TASE), and several other hi-tech companies. He holds a BSc in Management and Industrial Engineering, and an MSc in Operations Research from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Eng. Einav’s experience has been helping ProcessGene in coping with several aspects concerning the generation and growth of the company.

Dr. Roman Goldenberg

Dr. Goldenberg has over 20 years of experience in research and development of software systems. He is currently CTO and VP R&D of Rcadia Medical Imaging Ltd., which he co-founded in 2006. Prior to that, he was a research fellow at the Technion R&D Foundation and at the Samuel Neeman Institute for Advanced Studies in Science and Technology. Dr. Goldenberg held R&D engineering positions at the IBM Haifa Research Lab (1994-99), and at RAFAEL – Israel Armament Development Authority, Missile Division (1995-96). He received his Ph.D. and B.A. (Summa cum Laude) degrees in Computer Science from Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Dr. Goldenberg’s expertise has been helping ProcessGene in the definition and evolution of our SaaS infrastructure, and well as in the field of software engineering infrastructure.

Prof. Alan Kirschenbaum

Professor Alan Kirschenbaum is a world renowned expert in the field of disaster risk management and transportation security, and a popular lecturer, author and advisor to governments, public institutions and security-safety related companies. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Neaman Institute for National Policy Research at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and the initiator and coordinator of the BEMOSA consortium, aimed at improving security in airports. He is affiliated with the Haifa University graduate program for Emergency Management and the founder and CEO of Kirschenbaum Consulting. He has held a senior research position at Israel’s Home Front Command, and is now involved in a Canadian Department of Defense-funded project. He has authored numerous scientific journal articles and book chapters, and served at the editorial boards of leading international journals, executive boards of international research committees and international academic associations.

Prof. Ariel Bendor

Professor Ariel Bendor, a is one of Israel’s top legal experts with a unique expertise in constitutional and administrative law. Bendor is the author of several academic articles in leading journals and speaker at legal conferences and events. Among his academic roles, Bendor was the dean of the faculty of law at the University of Haifa, (where he is currently dean of student affairs), and editor-in-chief of the Jerusalem University Law Review. Professor Bendor has been combining his academic activities with a dynamic involvement in the world of practice. He is an active legal counselor and a member of several advisory governmental committees and he is a board-director at Issta Lines. Prof Bendor received both his LL.B. (Cum Laude) and LL.D from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prof. Bendor’s legal expertise has been helping ProcessGene in the definition and evolution of our GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software solutions.

Prof. Avigdor Gal

Professor Avigdor (Avi) Gal, is an Associate professor at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering & Management at the Technion.  Prof. Gal has published more than 95 papers in journals (e.g. Journal of the ACM (JACM), ACM Transactions on Database Systems (TODS),  IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering (TKDE), ACM Transactions on Internet Technology (TOIT), and the VLDB Journal), books (Schema Matching and Mapping) and conferences (ICDE, ER, CoopIS, BPM) on the topics of data integration, temporal databases, information systems architectures, and active databases. He received his B.Sc. (Cum Laude) and D.Sc. from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology. Prof. Gal’s expertise has been helping ProcessGene in the field of BPM (Business Process Management) software solutions.
